30 MINUTE LUNCHTIME & EVENING FITNESS
Burn fat, increase your metabolism, get stronger and leaner with a 30 minute workout.

BASICS
Short, intense, full body workouts have been proven to elevate the metabolism and stoke the fat burning furnace.
Wild Geese conditioning coach, Dave Hedges, is a master of designing these workouts using Kettlebells, bodyweight and various other methods from his extensive tool bag.

The idea is simple.
When you break from work for your lunch, instead of sitting at your desk or joining your mates for a calorie loaded mocha-latte-honey-syrup-uccino, you get yourself down to us (map).
Once here you quickly change, check what's on the workout menu, warm up and get to work.
30 minutes later you will be drying yourself off after a hot shower, congratulating yourself on a workout well done.

The workouts are rotated regularly to keep the mind and body engaged. They are all intended to increase strength, athleticism, endurance, mobility, agility and balance. They challenge both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements, elevating the metabolism and stoking the fat burning furnace


Coach Dave Hedges will always be on hand teach you the safe performance of all the exercises, to offer help, advice and encouragement.

On request we can design a personalised training program for you to follow. This program will be designed around you and your goals, it therefore will be more effective for you than the regular workouts posted on the wall.

Open Lunchtime sessions are every weekday, Monday to Friday, come in any time between 12 & 2pm
Early Evening sessions are every weekday, Monday to Friday, come in any time between 4 & 6pm
