Let Instructor Paul Cox put you through your paces in this high intensity circuit class. BASICS Use martial arts style training on the pads and the punchbags to bring your conditioning up and drive your bodyfat down. This class is also useful to perfect your punch and kick which will supplement your training in other martial arts. We provide this class in groups or we can accomodate personal or semi-personal training to suit your needs. OUR CLASSES We run a Pad & Bag class every Monday at 6pm. |
