Kettlebells coming to Balbriggan

Hi All,

My friends at the Fairy Godmothers have asked me to teach the resistance training section of their class this week in Balbriggan.

Needless to say, I agreed. If you attend their monday session, Elaine and I will be bringing in some Kettlebells as well as some of the best bodyweight drills around.
