There's nothing better than a good heavy deadlift.


There's nothing worse that struggling to strip that bar down afterwards! Especially if the grip is tired, you're tired.


I've seen people struggle trying to get those first plates off, usually someone is on hand to help out, but what about when you're alone?


Here's what to do to get that bar stripped quickly, efficiently and above all, safely:




Keep yourself, and everyone else, safe in the gym. Injuries happen when we aren't paying attention, this is commonly when setting up or stripping down an exercise, and yes, when the ego takes over in performing an exercise. Regards
